You can obtain a refund if an item is broken or wrong item received. you can not receive refund for items broken prior to purchase and it is in the item discription that used item is broken in some manner.

Steps to obtain a refund
1. notify by phone or email with in 30 days from purchase date. after 30 days from purchase date no refund can be issued.
2. show proof of broken item by email.
3. ship item to at customers expense.
4. after item is received and tested. than refund will be issued along with half of shipping cost.
